Returns for Items Not Matching Description

Returns are only accepted for items that do not match the description. If you wish to return an item due to an overlooked significant sign of wear or an error in our product description, please email us at italianclobber@gmail.com. Include the date of purchase, a description of the issue, and several clear photos taken in good lighting.

Changing Your Mind About the Item

If you change your mind about the item and wish to return it, a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for this refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and return it. The order must be returned with all accessories provided by Italianclobber. If any accessories are missing, the return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
